- Once the order is placed there is a 24-hour grace period. After the grace period there will be NO REFUNDS.
- The 24-hour grace period covers Refunds and Design Changes. After the initial 24-hour period if you wish to change anything about the design, there will be a $25 stripping fee if we have to strip the tumbler to change the design.
- Shipping is calculated at Checkout using our Discounted Shipping Rates provided by our third-party supplier.
- If you are a local customer and arrangements have been made to do a LOCAL PICKUP please note that tumblers will only be kept for up to one week from the time you are notified that your tumbler is finished. We do not have the space to store your cup indefinitely, so we will strip the cup and move on if not collected after one week.
- Time frame varies based on design complexity, number of tumblers per order, the place of your order in the queue and so forth. Following your order an email will be sent to you regarding any specifics about your design and it will also contain a time frame for your order.
