Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. All items must be in unused, new condition with original tags. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, contact us to discuss the issue or concern.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4-5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
